Delivery policy

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For countries outside of the EU, the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax upon receiving your package.

All orders will be issued with a order tracking number. SOIKK is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of goods to the carrier. You are also responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.

Delivery time

Within 3 to 15 working days depending on the country of destination. 
SOIKK does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Process time is usually 1-2 days. 



If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order and would like to set up a return or an exchange, please email us at and we will help you with the process.
Our policy lasts 21 days from your purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Discounted items or items on sale are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to SOIKK.



Once your returned package arrives to us, please allow 1 week for our team to process your return.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will send you a refund notification email to you and from that point it may take 5-7 days for the refund to be posted on your credit card statement.
The credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment used when purchased.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account one more time. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
