If you haven't received any confirmation to your inbox after your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, drop us an email to email@example.com and we will look into your order and send you a copy.
After an order is placed, we can not gurantee that we can cancel or make a change to your order. If you realize you would want to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and depending on the status of the order we might be able to cancel it for you. If not we have a 21 days return and exchange policy.
We offer world wide shipping :)
Our socks ships from our warehouse in Stockholm and depending on what country it's shipped to the days may vary.
The days are between 3-14 days plus 1-2 days of processing the order.
When ordering within the EU (European Union), all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
When ordering outside the EU (European Union), all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties.
For countries outside of the EU the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that you may be liable to pay tax upon receiving your package.
Please contact your local customs for more information.
Also note that the customs can delay the delivery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order and would like to set up a return or an exchange, please email us at email@example.com and we will help you.
Our policy lasts 21 days from the transaction date. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Discounted items or items on sale are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to SOIKK.
Once your returned package arrives to us, please allow 1 week for our team to process your return. You’ll then get a refund notification email and from that point it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted on your credit card statement.
SOIKK socks are made from bamboo, A fast growing, self-renewing and requires little water and zero chemicals to grow. A great choice for the environment and for feet. Bamboo benefits your feet with keeping them dry, fresh and makes them breath through the whole day with its natural wellness properties.
Bamboo yarn is a delicate beautiful garment and the best way to care of your SOIKKS is to wash these socks inside out in no higher than 30-40C with similar colors. For best durability, avoid tumble drying, bleaching and let the socks hang dry.
Our production is located in a well maintained factory in Turkey and in a 3rd generation- familly owned factory in Taiwan.
